This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased from our website, https://jevaya.com.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
To process a replacement:

  • Capture a clear video and at least two photos of the unopened package showing the damage/tampering.

  • Send this evidence within 24 hours of delivery via email to support@jevaya.com or WhatsApp at +91 9064458032.

  • After verification, we will dispatch a replacement item at no extra cost.

Return Process

If you’d like to return a product for any valid reason:

Step 2: Get Return Authorisation

We will share a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.

 
Step 3: Return Safely
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Include the RMA number on the return label.

  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of delivery.

  • Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refund Timeline & Mode

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD)/ Pay on Delivery (POD) via UPI/Debit/Credit Card will be refunded via store credits only.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and valid for future purchases on our platform.

Eligibility & Terms for Returns

  1. Return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  3. Once the return is received at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be conducted. Refunds are initiated only if the item passes quality checks.

  4. Items returned without a valid return request or outside the authorized process will not be accepted.

  5. We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if the product delivered matches your order and the claim is found to be false.

  6. Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  7. Items under warranty will be compensated via store credits only.

Cancellations

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or dispatched.

  2. If you cancel after shipment, only the product price (excluding shipping charges) will be credited as store credit.

  3. Orders placed under festival offers or special discounts are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  4. We do not provide custom gift boxes for individual orders.
